Autostolz Wheel Cleaning & Iron Removal Kit combines separate alkaline and iron-removal formulas for cleaning grime, tyre browning and bonded brake-dust contamination.
Kit contents
- 500ml Alkaline Wheel Cleaner
- 500ml Brake Dust & Iron Remover
- For clear-coated and powder-coated wheels
- Not for bare metal or uncoated aluminium
How to use
Work on cool wheels below 30°C and out of direct sunlight. Apply the iron remover, allow the purple-red reaction to show ferrous contamination, do not let it dry, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with the alkaline cleaner on the wheel and tyre; allow it to dwell, agitate heavy dirt if needed and rinse completely.
Both formulas must be kept from drying. The pH 13 cleaner is for clear-coated and powder-coated wheels, not bare metal or uncoated aluminium. Wear gloves and eye protection and test first.
